Before you submit your support request please consider the following points:
1. Have you looked at the other entries under our Help menu? Our FAQ or Check System pages may have the answers you need.
2. Are you needing help with a face-to-face training booking? If so, please contact the team listed on the training. The Learning Hub support team does not run these trainings.
3. If your training has not been marked off by a trainer or assessor, we don't have those records either. Please contact your trainer to be marked off. Our team does not deliver trainings.
4. This is for system support; any questions about training timeline expectations or recognition of training from other organizations are better discussed with your management.
